Paint polishing
Paint polishing/correction is simply a term used by a detail professional to describe the process of removing or greatly reducing the imperfections that are found on the surface of the vehicle paint clear coat. Pain correction is a labor-intensive process and it is the most time consuming part of auto detailing. Often these imperfections include fine scratches & swirl marks, hologramming or buffer trails. It is important to note that not all defects can be removed. Some Defects may actually be too deep or severe to safely remove from the clear coat. Trying to remove these deeper detects could compromise the clear coat and reduce protection of the paint.
